Arlyn Engebretson
Principal Quality Systems and Quality Engineering Consultant
Arlyn has over 25 years experience in the medical device industry and over 15 years experience as a BSI Certified Lead Auditor with knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, 803, 806, &820 (FDA Quality Systems Regulations (QSR)), ISO 13485:2016, EUMDR & MDSAP.
Arlyn created AME Quality & Compliance Solutions, LLC. after 18 years of working and consulting for a variety of medical device and biotech companies. She is a firm believer that access to superior Quality Assurance services should be available to all biotech and medical device companies, both big and small. She also champions for a healthy work-life balance and encourages her team to do the same.
Arlyn works alongside her team in all aspects of the projects and actively participates in the contracted services.

Senior Quality Engineering Consultant
Melissa Badgero
Melissa has over 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality and New Product Development including product design, internal auditing, failure investigation, acceptance activities, process development, CAPA, and supplier management.
Melissa received her B.S in Mechanical Engineering and her M.S. in Quality Assurance. She is also an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and is experienced in quality and regulatory compliance including managing/hosting FDA, ISO, and third-party audits. She completed her OSHA training in 2023.

Amanda Tijerina
Amanda has spent her nearly two-decade career working across multiple highly-regulated industries (medical devices, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and financial services) working with national & international regulating bodies & standards.
As both an Engineer and Program Manager, Amanda has led teams and customers across multiple countries and cultural boundaries, while maintaining her passion for guiding others to see their full potential. She holds an MSE in Engineering Management and Leadership from Purdue University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
Senior Quality Consultant
Marilyn Tabuena
Marilyn graduated from UC San Diego with a BA in Political Science in 2013. She started her career in Quality Assurance shortly thereafter as a Quality Assurance and CAPA Specialist. She continued to work in Quality Assurance, eventually becoming a Supervisor of Quality Engineering before joining AME in 2022.
Marilyn is an ISO 13485:2016 Certified Lead Auditor and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.
Senior Technical Quality Consultant
Alice Joy Tagle
Alice Joy joined AME in 2023 a Senior Technical Quality Consultant after her most recent position as a Quality Assurance Technical Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Mary's University in Bayombong, Philippines. She brings with her 14 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. She also has 7 years laboratory experience with a mastery of laboratory techniques.
Alice holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate and is a trained and qualified Internal Auditor.

Lisa Hudson
Lisa holds a BS in Business Management and has over 20 years of experience providing managerial services and bookkeeping expertise. She joined AME in 2019 where she helps create, restructure, and implement Quality Management Systems.
Lisa is an ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor and is in the process of completing her OSHA training.

Monica Eastin
Monica joined AME in February 2022 after 14 years as a Project Coordinator with the Center for Autism and Related Disorders.
Among her many responsibilities as a Quality Associate, Monica assists with the ongoing development and maintenance of Quality Systems responsible for supporting the Document Control function and management of Quality Records.

Jenny Blaylock
Jenny joined AME in Fall 2022 with over 15 years of experience in the Event Planning Industry. She uses the organizational skills required in her previous career to help with Project Management and Office Administration for the company.
